Ombudsman for Estate Agents
Our dedication to providing our clients with a service that is second to none is reinforced by the fact that we are members of the Ombudsman for Estate Agents scheme. This offer an independent service for dealing with disputes between member agencies and buyers, sellers, tenants or landlords of residential property in the UK.
It provides a code of practice for residential sales, which has been approved by the office of fair trading, therefore offering protection to all who deal with Sowerbys Estate Agents.
The National Association of Estate Agents
