The aim of the Home Information Pack (HIP) is to assist prospective purchasers by offering more information up-front. At Sowerbys we will help deal with you HIP, ensuring that it is ordered efficiently and at the best possible price. The relationships we have nurtured with local and national pack providers allows us to market your home as soon as the HIP has been ordered.

Part of the information required for your HIP is an Energy Performance Certificate. To ensure that this part of the HIP is carried out with professionalism and care, Sowerbys are pleased to inform all of their customers that we have employed an in-house Domestic Energy Assessor. Ross Nicholas is a fully accredited assessor who will be inspecting all new properties that Sowerbys have instructed to the market.

Ross, who has a Masters Degree in Heritage and Restoration and ten years experience in the construction industry, works alongside our valuers and will ensure that the inspection will be carried out as efficiently and with as little upheaval for the homeowner as possible.
