Barkers Yard is located on the edge of Wells-next-the-Sea at the centre of the North Norfolk coast and will be the first major buildings seen on the left as you enter the town from the West. The development site formerly belonged to Barker & Sons, a long-standing and well-known local haulage firm with an 80-year history that latterly operated a petrol station and garage on the site.
