It has been almost 7 years since I joined the Burnham Market office. During this time it has been a pleasure and a privilege to be part of the community that makes up the Burnhams Villages and its people. The great and good of the area continue to thrive amongst visitors from all corners, who arrive, embrace and enjoy our little corner of the world. Sowerbys has been the nucleus for residents, holiday makers, investors and returning adults who, as children, were blessed with time spend on our shores.
Very few scripts pass through without a small nod to Lord Nelson and the historic tales that are told over and over. We have our own, very valued tales of loyalty, which are shown to Sowerbys by the generations who return to entrust their family properties to a company that clearly has its clients at the heart of its very ethos – be it buying or selling, our success is marked by the level of clients that want to return to our family company because they were so very well looked after well.
As part of the Burnham Market team, I wish to act in a way that makes the client feel that no matter how many sales we look after, we never become complacent or desensitised to the process of your home buying or selling journey; of course there are occasions when unforeseen problems can arise in a conveyance but Sowerbys try not to dwell on these, rather look for a solution to positively move forward in a caring and professional manner.
For those of you that book your holiday with Sowerbys Holiday Cottages and often say ‘I wish I had bought a property earlier’, you still can! Be it renting, buying or long term letting, we are here and waiting to greet you to the Burnhams where so many happy memories are made and where people return time after time.
If you haven’t said hello yet, call in to see us in the Burnham Market office - no appointment needed, just pop in and start your Sowerbys journey.
"Thank you for your email Charlie. Yes, we’re still kicking ourselves about Bluejacket! I must say I’m pleased that you remembered us and that you have continued to keep an eye out for similar properties – a rare characteristic in agents these days!"
