Sowerbys, have entered the Estate & Letting Agent Awards. The scheme recognises the best agents based on research conducted through homebuyers, sellers and landlords around the UK.
The awards, known as the ESTAS measures the quality of customer service provided by agents through the home buying, selling and rental process.
Phil Spencer, TV Property Expert says “I think it says a great deal about company who’s prepared to stand up and announce to customers and competitors that they believe in providing the best possible service and they’re happy to prove it. These awards help agencies to focus on customer service levels and that’s why so many sign up each year”
“Taking part in the ESTAS sets agents apart from their competitors. It sends a clear message that they are passionate about customer service, prepared to go that extra mile for their clients and keen to listen to feedback”.
“We take our levels of customer service very seriously because we know clients have a choice. We have always been very proud of the personal service we provide and these awards are a great way to demonstrate this. Thank you most sincerely for taking the time to share your experience about Sowerbys.” Max Sowerby – Managing Director.
"I'm so glad that I decided to ask Sowerbys to find a tenant for my property. I really appreciated the input of both you and your staff every step along the way. You were all direct and honest about what was required of me and I was kept up to date with every development. The advertising of the property, tenancy agreement and inventory were professional and well executed and I was kept informed on every detail of potential tenants' visits and their feedback. Everyone at Sowerbys bent over backwards to be helpful and someone was always available to help me with any queries I had. I was surprised and relieved to find what could have been a very stressful exercise ended up being a breeze. I can't thank you all enough."
