We will take up residence in one of Norwich’s most impressive buildings in the Old Bank Of England Court in Queen Street. Formerly the office of Edward Boardman, the Architect responsible for creating the Royal Hotel in Norwich, refurbishing the old Norfolk & Norwich Hospital and turning Norwich Castle into a museum.
Max Sowerby said ‘Norwich has been on my radar for a very long time and it just adds another piece to the jigsaw. The catalyst was finding a property I absolutely fell in love with; I always dreamed of owning Edward Boardman’s original office which is right in the heart of the city, very prestigious but with incredible footfall. So it was about securing the right building which I have bought and then about amassing the right team; I will be spearheading the office along with my business partner, managing director Lloyd Sandy.’
Sowerbys have again commissioned Annie Tempest, creator of ‘Tottering by Gently’ to put together a fun piece to promote the new opening, to tie with with the perception of a country agent moving into the city. Knowing there is tough competition in the city Sowerbys will continue to work for clients with trust and transparency being the core to continued success.
If you are thinking of putting your property on the market in the future, then do get in touch now. You can contact Lloyd Sandy or Max Sowerby on 01362 693591 or email firstname.lastname@example.org.
"Throughout the process, the Sowerbys’ team have been first class and provided a gold standard service. A special thank you to yourselves for supporting me through some of the challenging moments! "
