SOWERBYS TO MARKET FOUNDRY FIELD, BURNHAM MARKET
Sowerbys are delighted to have been instructed to market what will be the biggest property development in sought after Burnham Market for some years.
A joint venture between bespoke local developers Fleur Developments and Hill Residential, this lovely new development is in a prime position in this sought after village, yet tucked away behind North Street, so it really does offer the best of both worlds – seclusion, yet everything the vibrant village of Burnham Market has to offer.
Offering a combination of 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed houses, the development is progressing well and is on track for completion by Autumn 2016 as planned. A fully furnished show house and separate sales centre will be ready by late Summer and prices of the first phase of houses will be released.
Max Sowerby said ‘We are thrilled to have been instructed on this amazing new development. Sowerbys have been in Burnham Market for over 20 years and marketing this development for such highly respected developers really is something I am immensely proud of. We will be creating a film of Foundry Field which will allow prospective purchasers from outside the area to see first hand how things are developing, along with all our usual marketing tools’.
Max goes on to say ‘we have been lucky enough to sell some stunning properties for Fleur Developments in the past and the quality of the finish and attention to detail is truly stunning, which makes us very excited to see the show home finished’
"Just wanted to say we were very happy with the way Sowerbys handled the purchase of Fourways. Helen (from your Dereham office) pulled out all the stops and did everything to help us. Full credit to her. She was brilliant. You are more than welcome to visit us if you are in the area. I would definitely recommend Sowerbys to friends and family who would be interested in buying or selling a property. Other than that, I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and all the staff at Sowerbys a Merry Christmas and a very good New Year. Kind Regards Florence Arklie "
