Following the successful merger of existing lettings business Steggles Larner with Sowerbys earlier in the year, Sowerbys has now become one of the largest independent Lettings & Property Management businesses in the county.
The existing Steggles Larner Watton office has now been rebranded as Sowerbys and along with the successful lettings side of the business is now offering a full residential sales offering.
Managing Director Lloyd Sandy says ‘Following the successful merger we are delighted to now offer our unique residential sales service in the area. We are very pleased to have Laura Bond join our Sowerbys team to head up the office. Laura has over 10 years’ experience in Estate Agency in the Watton area, and has a great reputation with people local to the area. Her knowledge is impressive and she is a valuable asset to the existing team.
Laura adds ‘I am so pleased to be part of the Sowerbys team. I love this area and know it and the lettings business like the back of my hand. I am really excited to put my previous experience into the role of looking after the fantastic landlords and tenants the Watton office already has, along with supporting the sales team to offer a full residential estate agency service like no other available in the industry. Sowerbys unrivalled reputation was my reason for joining such a well-respected business and my job is to continue to enhance this reputation throughout the Watton area.’ Laura goes on to say ‘The door is always open here and we encourage people to come into the office for a chat whether they are looking to sell or let a property or are looking for their next home to move into’.
All the 8 Sowerbys offices across Norfolk work closely together matching property with people and there is a particularly close relationship between the Watton, Dereham and Norwich offices to make sure we offer everyone the very best service possible.
"A massive thank you!! For all the extra work you put in to help our chain along…not sure we’d have got there without it! Very much appreciated. "
