"I very much appreciate your speedy response and professional manner. I must say this is the first time I have been included in such communications and it is refreshing to say the least, as it demonstrates the care you are taking to ensure our property and our tenants are being looked after properly. Please keep the pressure up until the work is completed. With all good wishes Jon and Jo Reddin "
