Has street artist Banksy decided Norfolk is the place to be?
Graffiti art in his iconic style has appeared almost overnight in locations across our county.
The famous artist whose identity has always remained a mystery, goes by the pseudonym Banksy.
Stencil art has been spotted in Gorleston and Great Yarmouth, and in Nicholas Everitt Park in Lowestoft. The piece in Great Yarmouth illustrates a couple dancing on the roof of a bus stop shelter.
It's left many locals, including the team here at Sowerbys, wondering if he's taking a holiday in Norfolk - or perhaps looking to relocate (Banksy - be sure to hit us up if you need an estate agent).
The artist hasn't commented... but fans will be keeping an eye on his socials to see if he claims the work.
The mysterious work has come as the three towns put in a joint bid to become the next UK City of Culture in 2025.
Whether we're looking at genuine Banksy or not, the art is pretty impressive and has certainly got people talking about our home county.
