As we understand it, the property market will be remaining open for business. So, whether you have a property for sale or rent with us, or indeed if a sale or let is in process, everything can and should continue to run smoothly.
We have spoken to local conveyancers who have assured us that it’s business as usual for them too, and removal firms are also able to carry on operating with strict guidelines in place.
We can continue to carry out our valuations and viewings with strict measures in place. Many of the properties we have available for sale already have a full film to allow you to ‘virtually view’, should you wish to do so before viewing in person, which we can also facilitate.
There is nothing more important than keeping yourselves, your families and in turn our teams safe, so everything we do will be with safety as the primary consideration.
Our offices will remain staffed and we can accept visitors by appointment. Equally we can meet with any clients virtually via Teams, Zoom, Houseparty and Facetime to name just a few. We can also offer very effective online valuations and viewings, so please just ask your local branch for further details.
