With solicitors being busier than ever before due to the recent surge in sales, now it is more important than ever to protect your sale. Our new, dedicated team are on hand to guide you from the point your sale is agreed, all the way through the sometimes rocky road to completion.
The national average for getting a property from under offer to exchanged in the current climate is between 16-20 weeks, or even longer in some cases. This time can be incredibly stressful, as people feel somewhat left in the dark as to what is happening regarding their sale, wondering whether there are any issues or if the sale is still progressing. Quite often the biggest pitfall in sales progression is a lack of communication between all the different parties and this can ultimately lead to a sale collapsing.
This is where our new After Sales Specialists come in. This team were chosen to undertake these specialist roles due to their vast experience. We wanted the best people to do this job.
