How We Spent our Thursdays Together in October

Published: 26/10/2022

With Halloween being such a popular holiday and autumn hitting us very quickly, we thought we would use October's #ThursdaysTogether to showcase some of our favourite pumpkin patches/trails.

First up is The Pumpkin House in Thursford.

Open from the 15th of October, there will be plenty of things to do, other than pumpkin choosing, including:
πŸŽƒThe wooded walk and bale maze
πŸ‘»The Halloween Haven
πŸ‘»Face painting

Plus, how cool does it look! This is definitely not a typical pumpkin patch...

The second pumpkin patch is Wroxham Barns.

From the 22nd to the 31st of October, Wroxham Barns is holding a Pumpkin Festival (including an 'after-hours' special event on selected days which includes entertainment and a bar!). With over 10,000 pumpkins to choose from, it is Norfolk's largest pumpkin picking event. Other activities include:
πŸ‘» Potion making
πŸŽƒ An undercover carving barn
πŸ‘» Meeting the animals at the junior farm
πŸŽƒ Rides at the fun park

Next up in our recommendations of pumpkin farms is Mrs G’s Pumpkin Patch in Garboldisham.

Open the 22nd - 30th October from 10am - 4pm daily.

With many activities including straw pyramids, mini tractors and more, as well as refreshments from Florenco's Coffee Trailer, Gooderlicious and Pommarola Pizza Gardens - it is sure to be a great day out for the whole family!

Our final #ThursdaysTogether for October is Rusty's Great Pumpkin Patch located in Worzals Garden Centre!

This brilliant event includes over 40,000 homegrown pumpkins, photo opportunities in scenes inspired by Hocus Pocus, Stranger Things, Coco and Trolls.

How incredible does it look!? And even better... this event is FREE!
