Sowerbys push up fundraising total to Teen Cancer

Property specialists turn into push up powerhouses in charity mission

Members of the Sowerbys team are getting their sweat on in November as they try to complete 3,000 push ups before the end of the month.

The challenge, set by the Teenage Cancer Trust, aims to raise vital funds to support young people diagnosed with Cancer.

Among the team of Norfolk property specialists taking part is Max Sowerby, Managing Director.

He'll be joined by Jonathon Wood, Norwich branch Manager and Valuer; Mario Vintila, King's Lynn branch Assistant Manager and Valuer; Sam Jones, Dereham branch Manager, Katie Huggins, Fakenham Property Specialist and Valuer, and Daniel Davies, Burnham Market Property Specialist.

Max said: "My strategy is to complete 100 push ups a day, hitting the 3,000 mark on November 30th.

"The Teenage Cancer Trust is a fantastic charity providing essential support for young people going through an unimaginably difficult time.
"So many people today know someone who has been affected by Cancer at some point, so I am delighted to have members of the Sowerbys team joining me on this fundraising mission."

Keep your eyes peeled for the Sowerbys powerhouses as they perform their push ups in front of some of Norfolk's favourite landmarks.
Max added: "We have a wonderful team spirit at Sowerbys and travel all over the county to help people find their dream home.
"I can't wait to join them and check off the daily push ups - wherever the day takes us!
"I'm sure it will quite entertaining for members of the public who spot us and I hope to raise an incredible contribution for the charity."

The Teenage Cancer Trust provides life-changing care and support so young people don't have to face Cancer alone. Every day, seven young people aged 13-24 hear the words "you have cancer".

They will each need specialised nursing care and support to get them through the toughest times they may have faced.
