There's more than one way to view a house!

Published: 19/03/2020

Here at Sowerbys we are doing everything we can to minimise the effects in these uncertain times on all our clients and staff.

PLEASE NOTE: This film was made on 19th March and following current guidelines we are unable to conduct actual viewings or film new properties.

One of the main areas we are trying to focus on finding a solution to is viewings.  Luckily, we are market leaders when it comes to video content, so many of the properties we have for sale already have property films, meaning you can still have a look around.

We can also make arrangements for you to ‘virtually view’ via selected sellers. Perhaps the size of that understairs cupboard is a deal breaker, or the view of the garden from the kitchen window really matters – whatever it is you want to see, we will happily try to accommodate this – technology permitting.

Back to film...
We have an exciting range of properties on the market that have fully presented film tours, enabling you to really get the feel for a property before deciding to book a viewing. Look out for the  symbol on our website and the  symbol when browsing properties on Rightmove, which indicate that the property has a corresponding film.

Here is a selection of our latest instructions which have a new short virtual tour…

Hall Orchards, Middleton - https://youtu.be/ErMEL0GYM9k
Brancaster Road, Docking: https://youtu.be/5q2BblaCZGw
Mount Park Close, Middleton: https://youtu.be/4nrAsWrh40A
Station Road, Leziate: https://youtu.be/yEDgb-6fg7A

Film is just one of many ways we are trying to keep the property market connected during this time of social distancing. If you are thinking of selling or buying a property in the near future, then please be assured that we are doing everything we can to help you fulfil those ambitions, whilst of course adhering to the strict guidelines outlined by the government, so don’t let anything stop you getting in touch, we are here and we are ready to help.
