Purpose of role and key responsibilities:

  • Reporting to and working alongside the senior digital marketing specialist, under the overall management of the director of marketing;
  • Working collaboratively with the wider marketing team to ensure consistent and smooth delivery of digital marketing concepts within marketing strategies;
  • Pitching creative content ideas in-line with (and ahead of!) current digital trends – seeing them through from concept to delivery on deadline
  • Supporting the management of digital channels;
  • Supporting the marketing department through creating, delivering, and writing best-in-class brand/creative communications/media content in all forms for the brand’s audience (PR, editorial for web and print, digital advertorial, social media, email campaigns etc);
  • Ensure the brand upholds and maintains the highest standards of communications/media quality, accuracy, style, literacy, design and presentation;
  • Create captivating and compelling internal communications to ensure engagement and collaboration between all department/branches county-wide;
  • Overseeing photographic and film shoots, developing treatments, and working with teams to deliver content consistently in line with brand values and specific strategy objectives;
  • Managing/curating media coverage reports as required/requested;
  • Deliver digital campaign reports drawing on data analytics and KPIs to benefit future campaigns;
  • Monitoring budget / creating strategies and content to budget;
  • Be flexible to support the marketing team in all areas as required;


Knowledge, skills and experience:

  • Experience in delivering on-trend digital marketing content in line with brand values;
  • Natural creative flair, with enthusiasm and motivation for moving digital content forward from concept to execution, adapting output for varying channels;
  • Extensive experience and confidence managing multiple digital channels for business purposes, adapting content delivery appropriately (both organic and sponsored content)
  • Experience using social media scheduling systems;
  • Competent managing paid ad campaigns across digital channels including Ads Manager to budget.
  • At ease reading data and analytics, drawing learning outcomes and setting KPIs.
  • Creative writer, and the experience of writing/editing high-quality content that stays true to a brand’s messaging guidelines;
  • Ability to communicate with, and present to, people at all levels; from internal staff, management to external clients, business partners and customers;
  • Organised and able to manage multiple workloads under pressure and on-location;
  • Experience in Adobe systems is highly desirable;
  • Driving licence and access to vehicle is essential;

Additional information

There is the option to be based in our Dereham or Kings Lynn office, but must be flexible.

This is a full time role 8.30am – 5pm.
