Problems when trying to leave a review?

Don't worry, we've got you covered! We really value receiving great reviews from our clients and would like to thank you for finding a moment of your time to leave us one! If however you've run into some problems, we're here to do our very best to make this process seamless and hassle free. Below are some common problems we have found when trying to leave a Google review.

Common problem 1: 'But I don't have a Google mail account?' 

Luckily, you don't need to have a Gmail account to leave us a Google review! Its really simple and doesn't matter if you are using an android, iPhone or any other device! Just follow the steps below:

  • From our 'Leave us a Review' page click on the branch you would like to leave either a sale or a lettings review. This will take you straight through to our Google review page, no need to search!
  • Click on 'leave us a review'. From here you will be asked to give a star rating. After selecting the number of stars you want, you will be prompted to write about your experience with Sowerbys and where you can also share an image, if you want!
  • You will now be prompted to sign in. Don't worry, simply click on 'create an account' and two options will be available - for myself or for my business, just select which one is suitable for you.
  • The next page will then give you the option to 'use my current email address' instead. No Google account needed! Happy reviewing!
