
Land & New Homes Coordinator (Part or Full Time)
Our Land & New Homes division is growing at pace and therefore we are looking for new homes co-coordinator to be based in our new Land & New Homes centre in Fakenham.
We are seeking a professional individual to offer robust support to our Land & New Homes Management team.
We are looking for candidates who possess excellent organisation and administrative skills, are IT savvy and have the ability to work quickly and efficiently. You must be confident dealing with clients.
You must be driven in sourcing new business and have experience in sales, market knowledge, budgeting & expenditure, diary management and logistics to name but a few.
We will consider full or part time candidates, but the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work extra days and occasional Saturdays as required.
To be considered for this role, experience within estate agency or new homes may be beneficial.
