So, if you have a good understanding of Microsoft office applications and ideally Adobe InDesign and you are looking for a varied and interesting position? Then this could be the role for you.

The role
You must have an eye for detail, great organisational and administrative skills and a can do attitude. This is a varied role that includes creating bespoke property brochures, getting properties to the market and dealing with our branch managers, valuers, teams and clients.
Requirements/duties are:
Reporting to the Marketing Director.
Full time – (part time considered).
Hours are negotiable.

- A good understanding of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Adobe Indesign knowledge would be a distinct advantage.
- Good general computer knowledge.
- Typing, spelling, grammar and creative writing skills.
- An eye for design and photography.
- Great organisational and administration skills.
- Proof reading and copy writing.
- Using an in-house estate agency software.
- Ability to pay particular attention to detail.
- A can do attitude.
Reporting to the Marketing Director.
