Using this service, we will advise on the likely rental income for your property. We will then market your property and co-ordinate viewing appointments with prospective tenants. Once a tenant wishes to rent your property, we will undertake references and, if successful, prepare the legal paperwork relating to the tenancy.
We will collect the first month’s rent and deposit, crediting this to your account, less our fees. At this point, property maintenance and contact with the tenant regarding this will become your responsibility, however, Sowerbys will manage the day to day financial accounts. The tenants will pay their rent to Sowerbys via standing order, we will credit this to your lettings account and forward the monies to your chosen bank account.
Should your tenant fall into arrears, Sowerbys will guide you in the retrieval of monies owed.
