3D virtual tours: the latest way to promote property

Published: 25/06/2020

Did you know we offer 3D virtual tours as the latest way of promoting property?

We are delighted to now be using Matterport, an immersive 3D experience that is not possible with just photos or 360 tours. These 3D virtual tours are enabling people to carry out their own walk-through of our properties from anywhere at anytime.

We are conscious that not everyone is going to want a lot of viewings conducted within their property at the moment, so this is a great alternative for prospective buyers wanting to delve deeper into a property they are interested in.

If after viewing the property via the 3D tour the prospective buyers are still keen, they can of course look at booking a physical viewing of the property, but with the owner being assured that they are serious about a potential purchase.

It is important to note that many of the properties we have for sale already have professional, fully presented or mini films that allow you to get a really good look inside, so again people only physically view properties they are really keen on.

Here is an example of just one of the properties with this new feature, how you can find if a property has a virtual tour option and how to navigate it.
