We are now delighted to be able to safely conduct physical viewings and valuations. It is important to note that many of the properties we have for sale have professional films (just look for the
symbol on our property listings here) and we are adding to these daily at the moment to enable you to get a really good look inside, so you only need to physically view properties you are really keen on. The safety of our teams and our clients is our number one priority, so any appointments will only take place where it is safe to do so.We are continuing to lead the charge and embrace technology so can offer virtual viewings and valuations in many ways. Whilst we only viewed one property with Sowerbys it was the property we purchased. Joanna was professional, friendly and arranged the viewing on the same day we visited the office. This was extremely contrary to another agent we visited in the town.
