Sowerbys are looking for a Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join our unique and award-winning team within one of Norfolk's most respected estate agencies.
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced lettings and property management professional to join our successful team in our beautiful Dereham office.

The position
We want to speak to people who have demonstrable experience within lettings, property management or housing within the private or public sectors.
You’ll be working alongside an experienced team, looking after the full cycle of managing tenancies, ensuring the portfolio remains compliant and resolving property maintenance issues efficiently.

Role requirements
- A confident and polite telephone manner.
- Demonstrable previous experience within lettings and property management, estate agency or social housing.
- A commitment to self-development and a willingness to learn. We want to grow with you.
- A confident nature and a genuine enjoyment of helping customers with their property queries.
- A mature approach to work, with the ability to hit the ground running and work independently when required.
- A genuine and proactive team player who is always willing to help others and go above and beyond when required.
- Proven administration skills, with a good understanding of Outlook, Excel and ideally Microsoft Teams.
- Confidence using modern CRM systems.
- A good understanding of lettings legislation and incoming legislative changes.
- The ability to prioritise your workload and operate effectively in high-pressure situations.
- A positive and proactive can-do attitude.
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
Additional information
You’ll be based in our beautiful and prominent central Dereham office, working Monday to Friday from 8.45am to 5.30pm and one in three Saturdays from 9am to 3pm, with a day off in lieu granted for every Saturday worked.
You will need to be able to travel to the office, with free parking available a short walk away.
