Published: 17/09/2020Here at Sowerbys we are busier than ever, with the post-lockdown property market boom showing no signs of slowing down at the moment. In order to cope with the extra busy market and with the aim to continually improve our service, we have expanded and updated our business in a number of different ways.
Firstly, we are further enhancing our experienced sales progression service with a new, dedicated sales progression team. Will Lightfoot, Group Sales Manager says ‘Once a sale has been agreed, is when the hard work really starts. It is often where the stress levels are at their highest for both sellers and buyers and at Sowerbys we have always prided ourselves on providing a first class sales progression service. With our offices busier than ever we have taken and added to a team of highly experienced property specialists to create this core team’.
Will goes on to say ‘The sole aim of the whole team is to turn ‘sale agreed’ into ‘sale completed’ with happy sellers and buyers who have all reached this goal with a friendly, professional and knowledgeable specialist to guide them, leaving them feeling stress free and ready to move onto the next chapter of their lives.
We are also enhancing our already successful social media offering with a new dynamic targeted approach, which allows us to target out of area buyers better than ever before. This is already proving to be incredibly beneficial, as it means that properties will be receiving the maximum amount of exposure via these social platforms.
Finally, we have appointed several new team members across the company to further strengthen our service and to help us continue to be Norfolk’s leading team of Independent Property Specialists.
We are delighted to welcome George Berry to the Norwich team as Assistant Manager. George has over 20 years agency experience both in sales and valuing property.
In our Hunstanton office we are joined by Alex Drown, born and bred in Norfolk he has a passion and great knowledge of the area.
Finally, our ever expanding Land & New Homes division welcomes Harry Thompson who has an Architectural planning background and therefore brings essential additional experience to the team.
