We pride ourselves on the quality of the sales brochures we produce. We are able to design a logo and brochure for the site itself either in-house or with the aid of graphic designers. Each brochure is completely bespoke and includes photographs of the properties, detailed descriptions and floorplans, in order to give the best possible presentation and to encourage prospective purchasers to view. A draft of the proposed brochure will be sent to you in the first instance for you to approve and make any amendments which may be appropriate.
We offer a full film for all new developments. Films feature our own presenters along with the developers themselves where appropriate. These films create extra engagement and are embedded into emails which we send out to our large database of applicants. The video is shared on social media where we regularly receive views in excess of 20,000. Further films are made as any development continues to take shape.
Mini iPad style video
Often described as a ‘TV in a card’ these hard backed mini iPad style video brochures enable us to showcase the film for your development in a unique way. They are also loaded with videos about the local area and information about Sowerbys.
These video brochures allow interested parties to see the development on screen. Research shows that recipients of these brochures are far more engaged than using traditional methods alone.
Although technology has somewhat taken over when it comes to promoting developments to the right audience, we do still use traditional methods of advertising. We create our own high end Sowerbys Magazine which is focused around Norfolk and includes great editiorial content along with properties and developments for sale. We use local press and where applicable national press. Targeted social media campaigns generate further enquiries and of course we use all the main relevant online portals including Rightmove where we can use premium listings and featured property promotional spaces where required.
We receive numerous online enquiries on a daily basis. The development and each individual property will be advertised on our fully responsive Sowerbys website with its unique tools which rival the nationals. We will dual list in both the dedicated Land & New Homes section along with the regular property listings, thus doubling the exposure of your development. It will feature regularly on the news section of the site with updates to help increase its exposure on search engines.
