Step 1: Tell Us What Matters Most to You
We’ll take time to understand your priorities, whether it’s a garden for your dog, a home office space, or being in the right school catchment. Then we’ll register you so you’re first to hear about new homes that match your wish list.
Step 2: Viewings That Feel Relaxed
We’ll arrange viewings at times that work for you and walk you through the home and local area, answering your questions honestly and openly. No sales pitches, no shiny suits, just a relaxed viewing with our guidance and support.
Step 3: Applying for Your New Home
If you’ve found “the one”, we’ll guide you through our simple online application process, collect references, and keep you updated at every stage. We speak to the landlord on your behalf to secure the tenancy.
Step 4: Getting Ready to Move
Once approved, we’ll issue your tenancy agreement, collect your first month’s rent and deposit, and prepare a detailed photographic inventory so you have peace of mind about your new home’s condition.
Step 5: Move In Day
We’ll meet you to hand over your keys, answer any last-minute questions, and make sure everything is in place for a smooth start. If we’re managing the property, you’ll know exactly who to call for anything you need.
