Viewings Representative / Lettings Admin Support Specialist – Dereham
Flexible hours (circa 4 days per week, including Saturdays)
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a high-energy, personable individual to join our Dereham lettings team in a varied and fast-paced role combining property viewings with lettings administration support.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build a career within the property industry, offering exposure to multiple aspects of lettings and property management within a well-established and respected brand.
The role
The position will primarily involve conducting accompanied viewings across a wide and varied geographical patch. Organisation, flexibility and strong diary management skills are essential, as you will be coordinating and attending appointments across multiple locations and properties.
Alongside viewings, the role will also include supporting the lettings team with administration, providing a great platform to learn and develop across other areas of the business over time.

Previous estate agency experience would be beneficial but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
Hours & progression
The role offers flexible working hours, ideally across 4 days per week (30 hours per week), including Saturdays. There is potential for the position to grow into a full-time role as the business continues to expand.
Additional information
A full, clean driving licence is required. Access to a company pool car for business mileage could be provided if required. Salary range dependent on experience.

Senior Property Specialist – Burnham Market
Due to our continued growth, a rare and exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Property Specialist at our prestigious Burnham Market office.
The successful candidate will be joining one of Norfolk’s most respected estate agencies, taking on a key role within the team with responsibility for valuations, client relationships and agreed sales.
Role requirements
- Proven experience in property sales, ideally with a minimum of two years in a similar role
- Confidence in carrying out market appraisals and advising clients
- A strong and professional approach to customer service, always willing to go above and beyond
- Confident, approachable and able to build lasting relationships
- A proactive and mature approach, with the ability to work independently
- A genuine team player, supporting colleagues and contributing to office performance
- Ability to prioritise workload and remain effective in busy situations
- A clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Role responsibilities
- Carry out property valuations and provide clear, well-informed advice
- Arrange and attend viewings, negotiate offers and agree sales
- Manage the sales process from instruction through to completion
- Build strong relationships with both sellers and buyers
- Help drive the overall performance of the office through a proactive approach

Who we are
Max left the corporate world of Estate Agency in '94 and started Sowerbys because he wanted to make sure every client received a first class service.
He was quickly joined by business partner Lloyd Sandy, and the two of them have built the company and its reputation to where it sits today.
Much has changed in the last 30 years; but that ethos remains firmly at our core.
