Henleys Estate Agents Acquired by the Sowerbys Group
The Sowerbys Group has completed the acquisition of Henleys Estate Agents in Cromer, further strengthening its presence across North Norfolk and supporting the Group’s continued strategic growth.
Established in 2016, Henleys has built a leading market position in Cromer and the surrounding areas, with a reputation for consistent service standards, local expertise and long-standing client relationships. The business has become an absolute specialist in both residential sales and lettings, enjoying close working relationships with many local clients who have supported Henleys since its inception.
The acquisition aligns with Sowerbys’ strategy of expanding its network through the integration of established, high-performing local agencies that share its values and service-led approach.

Henleys continues to operate from its Cromer office under its existing name, now with a refreshed brand that reflects a clear and straightforward approach to property advice, while retaining the integrity and local recognition of the Henleys identity.
The existing team remains in place, with a well-established lettings department and a sales division further strengthened through the recruitment of additional team members. As part of this growth, Simon Dale has joined the business as Residential Sales Manager, further enhancing the sales offering, alongside the support and infrastructure of the Sowerbys Group’s wider network.
