IWD 23: some of our favourite women-owned businesses hero
International Women's Day 2023 is here and we're celebrating it by spotlighting some of our favourite Norfolk businesses that are owned by women.

First up is the ever-popular Bakeaholics.

Based in Attleborough and owned by Morgan Lewis, Bakeaholics boomed during lockdown after starting a delivery service.

Now with the 'Pink Palace', you can go and treat yourself to their delicious brownies, blondies, cookie slices and more!

Have a birthday/celebration coming up soon? Make sure you get your order in now!

Next up is Thompson Hall Retreat

Owned by Amanda Benton, Thompson Hall Retreat is 'the perfect place to hide away from the world, rediscover nature and spend time recharging your energy'.

Located in Thetford, you're surrounded by the vast Norfolk countryside.

Whether experiencing the Lotus spa or indulging in a night away in a shepherd hut, Thompson Hall Retreat is the perfect place to relax.

On a sightly different theme, our next business is Nippers of Norfolk.

Founded by two friends, Nippers of Norfolk is a wonderful children's clothes shop, based in Thornham.

From baby to 12 years old, there's an array of clothes (as well as toys and gifts!) to suit your child's style or keep their 'little minds entertained'.

Finally, based in Dereham, Said With Stitches  is a small-business that embroiders clothing and gifts for you.

Whether it's a personalised baby clothes, towels, t-shirt or more - Said With Stitches has many beautiful designs.

Order through their Etsy site and wait for the lovely gift to arrive to your door.

Happy International Women's Day 2023.
