Selling new homes in Norfolk was just the beginning for Sowerbys Estate Agents, as the business expands in 2023.
Word has got about in the developer community that the estate agent is expanding into neighbouring counties – and with it, the team grows.
Will Lightfoot, sales director at Sowerbys, said: "There is all round huge growth in new homes within the business.
“As we continue to enjoy long-standing relationships with developers and build our portfolio with new clients, our new homes offering is reaching further than ever.”
Not only have sales throughout the business continued to grown but the estate agent's land and new homes division has increased by 50% since 2019 and one in four homes sold with Sowerbys in 2022 was a new build property.
The department kicked off the new year welcoming new homes manager George Berry to the team.
George has been working in residential sales for over two decades and has headed up the Norwich sales team as joint branch manager since 2019.
At the same time, Sowerbys 'for sale' boards will be spotted in neighbouring Suffolk and Cambridgeshire this year.
