It's no secret that January can feel a bit 'blue', so we thought we would use our #ThursdaysTogether blog to showcase some great ways to get out of the house and blow the cobwebs away.
With the new year often time for people to approach a lifestyle change, our first activity was Hot Pod Yoga in Norwich.
Not something you see everyday, it is a great way to live well and push your boundaries.
Located in Castle Quarter, Norwich, Hotpod Yoga has all the yoga benefits whilst making your heart and lungs work a little bit more whilst also easing your joints & muscles.

Our second activity was the weekly Park Runs taking place throughout Norfolk.
Start your weekend being active with a 9am run (or walk!), Park Run is a free and friendly 5k.
Locations include: Holkham, Blicking, King's Lynn, Sheringham, Norwich, Thetford and more - there is one for everyone!

There is no better way to dust off the cobwebs than a walk along the coast!
Our third #ThursdaysTogether of January is Blakeney Point.
Being one of the largest seal colonies in England (2,000+ seal pups are born each year!), Blakeney Point is perfect for visiting between November and January to see the grey pups.

The final #ThursdaysTogether is dedicated to the cycling and mountain biking trails at High Lodge.
Whether you're an experienced mountain biker or a newbie to the biking world, there are many different trails for you.
No gear? Don't worry! You can hire bikes there.
