We are delighted to announce that Pointens has officially joined Sowerbys, further strengthening our presence across North Norfolk and bringing together two well-known names in the local property market.

As part of the acquisition, Andrew Pointen has joined the Sowerbys Holt team, where he continues to do what he has always been passionate about – helping people move across Holt and the surrounding villages. With decades of experience and an unrivalled knowledge of the local property market, Andrew's arrival further strengthens the expertise available to our clients.
