Sowerbys Estate Agents has been awarded the Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award, an independent seal of excellence that recognises businesses consistently delivering a world-class customer experience.
It's the fifth year in a row the company has taken the award, first scooping it in 2021.
Feefo established the Trusted Service Awards in 2014 to acknowledge brands that use their platform to collect verified reviews and consistently receive exceptional customer feedback.
Unlike other awards, this recognition is based entirely on real reviews, demonstrating a business’s true commitment to customer service.
Feefo, the world’s largest provider of verified reviews, works with over 6,500 brands, helping them understand customer needs, build trust, and deliver more personalised experiences.
Despite consumer confidence slowly recovering post-pandemic, spending habits remain cautious.
Outstanding service is now more crucial than ever—and this award honours brands that go the extra mile to exceed customer expectations.
To receive the Platinum Trusted Service Award, businesses must achieve Feefo Gold standard for three consecutive years.
To qualify for Gold, a company must collect at least 50 reviews and maintain a service rating of between 4.5 and 5 between 1st January 2024 and 31st December 2024.
