We need your eyes and ears on the ground, using your local knowledge to help us stay informed. Your insights are invaluable in identifying opportunities and connections that might otherwise go unnoticed.

In particular, we want to hear about small to medium house builders and developers working on projects ranging from 1 to 20 units. These businesses may not yet be on the radar of the L&NH team, but they could be key players in the local market.

If you’re aware of any such developers, whether through word of mouth or direct contact, we’d love to know more. Your input helps us build relationships and stay ahead in understanding the evolving property landscape.

What We’re Offering

To encourage quick action, we’re offering a time-bound April-ONLY incentive

£25 for every valid new submission during April
+£75 more if that contact leads to an instruction this quarter

That’s £100 in total for simply sharing a useful contact – no introduction needed, albeit an introduction will likely get us instructed far sooner and demonstrate our one team, one goal approach.

Know a developer with a new site of more than two units? Make a proactive introduction and earn

£250 on instruction
£250 on first unit completion

That’s £500 for a successful site referral.
