This competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Sowerbys Estate Agents, Sowerbys Holiday Cottages, the North Norfolk Railway, and members of their immediate families are excluded from entering.

No purchase is necessary to enter. The competition closes at midnight on 31 January 2026.

If the selected winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.

£500 Sowerbys Holiday Cottages Voucher – Terms & Conditions

The winner will receive a £500 holiday cottage voucher to use towards a stay at any property managed by Sowerbys Holiday Cottages in North Norfolk, subject to availability.

The voucher must be used for a single booking with an arrival date before 31 December 2026. If the total cost of the stay exceeds £500, the winner is responsible for paying the difference.

No refund or credit will be issued if the booking total is less than £500.

The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

The winner is responsible for any optional extras, such as bringing dogs. A security or breakages deposit is required for all bookings and will be held at the time of final payment.

All bookings are subject to Sowerbys Holiday Cottages’ standard Terms & Conditions and privacy policy.

The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

North Norfolk Railway Day Rover Tickets – Terms & Conditions

The prize includes up to eight North Norfolk Railway Day Rover tickets, valid for unlimited all-day travel on scheduled services during the winner’s visit.

Tickets are valid for departures from any station on the line, including Sheringham, Weybourne and Holt.

Day Rover tickets are valid on standard running days only, generally from April through October. They are not valid during special event days, or on dining or driving experiences.

Please note that availability of railway tickets should be checked before confirming accommodation bookings.

Jarrolds Luxury Hamper – Terms & Conditions

The prize includes one locally themed Jarrolds luxury hamper, as shown earlier on this page.

The hamper is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

The hamper will be placed in the winner’s booked accommodation on the date of arrival.
