Back to School

For Sowerbys colleagues Jamie and Amy, returning to The Old School Yard was a particularly special moment.

Once known as Hunstanton First School, it was where they both began their primary school journeys back in the late 1990s and early 2000s.

This marked the first time they had stepped back inside since those early years – and what a transformation awaited them.

Walking through the site, the memories of classrooms and playgrounds blended with the excitement of seeing how the building has been reimagined.

The school’s historic character has been thoughtfully preserved, while new life has been brought to the space with beautifully renovated homes and two striking new builds.

For Jamie and Amy, it was not only a trip down memory lane, but also a reminder of how past and present can come together to create something truly unique.
