Having called Norfolk home since 2020, I’m proud to combine my passion for the area with more than a decade of experience in architectural planning and new homes. As Head of Business Development, I work across Norfolk and beyond, helping landowners and housebuilders identify and maximise residential development opportunities. Having previously worked with some of the country’s leading national housebuilders, I bring a strong understanding of planning, commercial viability and the development process. I’m passionate about understanding the potential of each site and the unique characteristics of its location, drawing on Sowerbys’ local market knowledge to provide informed advice and guide decisions from the earliest stages. I enjoy meeting new people, building relationships and bringing the right contacts together. Whether working with landowners to explore the potential of their land or supporting developers in making informed decisions about their next project, I’m always keen to understand the bigger picture and find the right opportunities.
